The official language of the Congress is English. All presentations are to be conducted in English.
A commercial and professional exhibition will take place during the Congress, parallel to the Congress hours.
A reception will be held on the early evening of Sunday, 27 October 2019. The reception will be open to all attendees (Full Registration) and paid accompanying persons.

Climate and Clothing

The weather finally begins to cool in October, as the long summer winds down to an end in Jerusalem. As Autumn begins, the average daily temperature is a comfortable 19°C (66°F). During the heat of the day, the average high temperature is 24°C (75°F). The evenings bring cooler weather, with a low of 14°C (57°F).
Clothing is informal for all occasions.
We recommend to bring warm clothes for the evenings.

Banking and Exchange
The Israeli monetary system is Shekel. Foreign currency may be changed at banks, airports, and very often at major hotels (generally at a less convenient rate). All major credit cards are acceptable in most hotels, restaurants and shops.
All visitors entering Israel must have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the date they will leave Israel. Visitors are allowed to remain in Israel for up to 3 months from the date of their arrival. Please check to see if your country of origin belongs to the Visa Waiver Program which entitles citizens of certain countries to enter Israel without having to arrange a visa ahead of time. Visitors from countries that are not members of the Visa Waiver Program must make a request for an entry permit/visa from the Israeli consulate in their country or region before they arrive to Israel.
